Saucisse Sèche aux Herbes: Formed from the finest free-range pork, our rich, thin and u-shaped flavorful French saucisse sèche  (the classic dry pork sausage) has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavour. Fine pork grind is blended with salt, black peppercorn, wine, then dry-cured until the flavour fully develops. Compared to the classic Sèche, they are coated with Thyme, Rosemary, Crushed Juniper Berries, Kibbled Black Pepper to gain an exceptional flavour.
