  • With current Covid situation, the shipping Australia Post can delay. Please keep eye on your tracking number provided by us.

  • We use Australia Post Next-Business Day service with a tracking number. Please be informed that some of areas can take more than that. If your postcode belongs to those areas, please contact us at first before you place an order. (You can use the following 'Estimated Delivery Times' link to find out roughly, sometimes it can be fast than that by our e-parcel system).

  • We can't guarantee the next day delivery since we rely on Australia Post logistics, but so far they have been proved to be quite reliable. We do recommend you to place your order early in the week to make sure you can receive it before the weekend.

  • When you registered an account, it's better to enter your mobile number for us to text you the tracking information. Please keep eyes on the tracking once you receive the notification that your parcel is shipped out. 

  • Shipping time frame: We ship your order between Monday to Wednesday currently, in order to be sure that the parcel won't stay in the post office over the weekend. If you place an order before 1 pm, your order is more likely to be shipped the same day. If we have inventory issues, we will contact you directly.
  • Most of parcels need to be signed on delivery. You will get a notification by email or text when the parcel is approaching you. If you miss your parcel, please pick it up at your local post office ASAP.
  • If you prefer no signature, please leave a note for us in advance. We recommend that leave an Esky with some ice pack outside your premise, especially during summer time.
  • If your premise will be unattended business hours, a work address for delivery may be more suitable.
