Saucisse Sèche aux Herbes (Free range)
Formed from the finest free-range pork, our rich, thin and u-shaped flavorful French saucisse sèche (the classic dry pork sausage) has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavour. Fine pork grind is blended with salt, black peppercorn, wine, then dry-cured until the flavour fully develops. Compared to the classic Sèche, they are coated with Thyme, Rosemary, Crushed Juniper Berries, Kibbled Black Pepper to gain an exceptional flavour.
It is perfect to slice and eat cold with a rustic baguette paired with a hearty slice of cheese, or added to a charcuterie or antipasto platter. Tote some along on your picnic, or slice one up as a fancy snack.
Ingredients list: Pork and pork fat (92%), salt (4%), black peppercorn and black pepper (2%), sodium nitrite (250) (≤1%), starter culture (≤1%). Gluten-free.

Poor delivery
Delivery came with open bag, and coincidentally got sick from the day I consumed it I’ve contacted the company but no one got back to the email. Shame they charge delivery fee for pick up at the market too, delivery isn’t done with care
Saucisse Sèche aux Herbes
A delicious sausage. The herb coating has trouble staying on the sausage & seems to be covering the sausage casing. Underneath the casing would preserve more of the herbs & allow people like me (who don’t often eat the casing) to enjoy it more.
