This wine saucisson is made on the basis of our classic French saucisson, which won the silver at first INTERNATIONAL MONDIAL RABELAIS du SAUCISSON in 2023 (The Saucisson world-cup). We keep them 10 days in Shiraz and then hang them up for dying. The flavour is exceptional, perfect to slice and eat cold with a rustic baguette paired with a hearty slice of cheese or added to a charcuterie or antipasto platter. Tote some along on your picnic, or slice one up as a fancy snack.
