This wine saucisson is made on the basis of our classic french saucisson, which won the silver at first INTERNATIONAL MONDIAL RABELAIS du SAUCISSON in June 2018 (The first Saucisson world-cup). We keep them 10 days in Shiraz and then hang them up for dying. The flavour is exceptional, perfect to slice and eat cold with a rustic baguette paired with a hearty slice of cheese, or added to a charcuterie or antipasto platter. Tote some along on your picnic, or slice one up as a fancy snack.
