Formed from the finest free-range pork, our rich, flavorful French Saucisson (the classic large dry pork sausage) has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavor. Fine pork grind is blended with salt, black pepper corn, wine, then dry-cured until the flavor fully develops.

It is perfect to slice and eat cold with a rustic baguette paired with a hearty slice of cheese, or added to a charcuterie or antipasto platter. Tote some along on your picnic, or slice one up as a fancy snack.

Ingredients list: Pork and pork fat (92%), salt (4%), black pepper corn and black pepper (2%), sodium nitrite (250) (≤1%), starter culture (≤1%). Gluten-free.

Casing: Natural sheep casing, completely edible

Country of origin: 100% Australia made

Storage: Leave it in the paper bag, and refrigerate ≤5°C

I`ve been buying Jean Marc`s saucisson for nion 9 years (when he was starting out) once my Australian sister in law told me about discovering him doing markets in Sydney where she lives and knowing that as an English lady having lived in France for 28 years would thrive on being able to get an authentic French saucisson hand-made by Jean-Marc here in Australia on the Central Coast) would be delighted which i was. Tasty, authentic, rapid delivery and use of computer prompts to order on-line easy peasy. Have a lovely range of terrines etc too and foie-gras and cheeses...........i`m impressed...........worth a try if you haven`t already.

RUINED! TOTALLY for any other Saucisson!

Trust me I tried! They are just 'quaffer' nibblies. THIS is like OMG and the fact that it is totally traditional, totally natural... I don't have to pick off paper. Just a slice in the mouth ... let it rest and enjoy the flavours! ... Purrrr! Now to have fun matching wines, cheeses and other things for a nice place for an afternoon of relaxing.
