This product has won the silver at first INTERNATIONAL MONDIAL RABELAIS du SAUCISSON in June 2018 (The first Saucisson world-cup).

Great Sausage

I found your products very tasty. A bit on the expensive side but very high quality.

Fast and tasty

This stuff is just so delicious! I wish I could buy it at the supermarket, I would always have some in the fridge. Even though the postage is fast, I usually can’t wait that long.

Superb! Magnificent!

I bought this at the Ekka in Brisbane today. This is simply the finest sausage I have tasted anywhere on six continents. It is firm but slightly soft. The taste is so smooth it almost tastes creamy. The flavours are in perfect balance - not to peppery, not too salty, not too harsh. I am in love with this!
