The saucisse piquante was very tasty, not too hot, just right like your others charcuteries. When will you have the kangaroo salami ready?

Beautiful French style chorizo
Not as papricky and garlicky as the Spanish version but still a beautifully seasoned and cured product. Great sliced raw, or lightly fried in slices in olive oil.

This is the best Chorizo I've had in Australia. Hands down, period.
