This is a mixed bulk for both Saucisson and Saucisse Sèche.. Since they are artisan products with slightly different weights and shapes, we aren't able to send you the exact weights as claimed.
*Mainly Sèche in the options means you will receive all sèches except that we have to make up the weight with saucissons.
*Half & Half in the options means you will receive sèches and saucissons about evenly.
*5kg or 10kg, when we ship by Australia Post Express, the weight of the products will be slightly less than 5kg or 10kg to meet the requirement of 5kg/per box maximum to avoid you paying extra when it is delivered to you.

Formed from the finest free-range pork, our rich, flavorful French Saucisson or u-shape Saucisse Sèche (the classic large dry pork sausage) has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavor. Fine pork grind is blended with salt, black pepper corn, wine, then dry-cured until the flavor fully develops.
Both of the products has won the silver at first INTERNATIONAL MONDIAL RABELAIS du SAUCISSON in June 2018 (The first Saucisson world-cup).

Saucisson - Pork and pork fat (92%), salt (4%), black pepper corn and black pepper (2%), sodium nitrite (250) (≤1%), starter culture (≤1%). Gluten-free.
Casing: Natural sheep casing, completely edible

Storage: Leave it in the paper bag, and refrigerate ≤5°C

Mixed bulk
I would buy again. Preferred the saucission to the saucission seche. Found it a bit too dry. Flavour of both was good. Maybe a little salty. Even though I prefer the thickness of the saucisson seche I would personally order the standard saucisson. I feel it eats better.
