Traditional leg ham. The ham is hand-made and takes from start to finish approximately 6 days to complete. The ham is lightly smoked using apple wood, beach-wood, herbs and spices. No additives or gluing agents added. Our delicious ham is made by using the old techniques. Available on or off the bone.
Ingredients: Free-range Pork, water, salt, pepper, honey, sodium, Nitrate (251), herbs and spices
Net Weight: 500g
Best Before: Checking the "best before" and "expiry date" labels on the package
Note: Keep refrigerated below 5° C and it can also be frozen to last 2 months

Amazing Ham
This is such a delicious ham!! Very thinly sliced, nice and moist, and not too smoked like you find a lot of ham here is. So delightful. Will keep buying again and again.
