Duck Confit

Excellent. You can barely make it yourself for the price. And the time you have to spend. Don’t get me wrong, making confit is fun, but this stuff in the can is the business. Don’t let perceptions of canned food deter you. Everyone in France buys it like this

Best and authentic taste ever

A true delicacy, this confit de canard has a very original and authentic taste, which all French people living in Australia would certainly appreciate :)
