Formed from the finest free-range pork, our rich, thin and u-shaped flavorful French saucisse sèche  (the classic dry pork sausage) has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavour. Fine pork grind is blended with salt, black peppercorn, wine, then dry-cured until the flavour fully develops. After that, we store them in ash for a period, ultimately it will dry them more and aid their conservation as well as giving a subtle smoked flavour.

It is perfect to slice and eat cold with a rustic baguette paired with a hearty slice of cheese, or added to a charcuterie or antipasto platter. Tote some along on your picnic, or slice one up as a fancy snack.

Ingredients list: Pork and pork fat (92%), salt (4%), black peppercorn and black pepper (2%), sodium nitrite (250) (≤1%), starter culture (≤1%), Activated Carbon (≤1%). Gluten-free.

Casing: Natural Hog Casings, completely edible

Very nice

This was very nice but not my favourite of the range. Still worth a buy for something different.
